Ultrasonic cleaning
After pre-treatment, ultrasonic cleaning works on contamination in carburetor bodies and passages.
Jet & passage verification
Manual inspection and compressed-air cleaning and drying help verify jets and passages.
Component inspection
Floats, needles, seats, diaphragms and other components are checked.
Reassembly with supplied parts
Serviceable components are reassembled and dealer-supplied replacement parts are installed when required.
Detailed inspection sheet
Documented/as-received baseline settings are restored where appropriate, and completed work is recorded.

Who is dealer service for?
Our local wholesale service is exclusively for repair shops working on motorcycles, marine engines, small engines and powersports equipment. Customers who remove and ship their own carburetors can use our nationwide mail-in service.
Where do you offer pickup?
We offer free local pickup and delivery in Vero Beach, Sebastian and nearby communities on a scheduled weekly route. Contact us to confirm your shop's pickup arrangements.
What does cleaning include?
We fully disassemble each carburetor and chemically pre-treat it to help loosen stubborn gum, gasoline and ethanol deposits before ultrasonic cleaning. We then verify jets and passages, inspect components, use compressed air to clean and dry, reassemble and provide a detailed inspection sheet.
Do you remove and install the carburetor?
Your shop handles diagnosis, removal, installation and vehicle-specific tuning. We service the removed carburetor at our bench facility.
What if replacement parts are needed?
We identify worn, damaged or questionable components during inspection. If parts are needed, we'll contact your shop to supply the correct components before work continues. CarbBench does not source or purchase parts.
