Ship only a completely drained, safely dried carburetor. Follow CarbBench packing instructions, protect fragile parts and pack securely. You arrange and pay inbound shipping; use a tracked service and keep your tracking information.
Standard CarbBench return shipping is $35, selected and paid during checkout for standard orders. It applies to eligible shipments within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, international destinations and unusually large or heavy shipments require a shipping quote. We reuse your shipping box whenever practical.
Standard service is prepaid through Stripe checkout; do not pay again to prepare this sheet. CarbBench contacts you if replacement components are needed; work may pause and you supply the correct parts.
Typical turnaround is approximately 1 week after your carburetor is received. Turnaround may vary based on condition, workload, customer authorization and parts availability. Shipping transit time is not included. Expedited Service (+$40) provides priority placement in the CarbBench service queue. It does not include expedited return shipping and does not guarantee completion by a specific date.
