You handle removal, installation and final tuning. We handle the removed carburetor.

Drain all gasoline, let residual fuel evaporate safely, protect the carburetor and include your intake sheet. You arrange and pay inbound shipping.
We evaluate the carburetor's condition. Severe corrosion, broken castings, seized hardware, missing or damaged components and unusual configurations are discussed with you before additional work.
We clean, inspect and reassemble using serviceable components and appropriate parts you supply. If parts are needed, we contact you before work continues.
We determine the final service total, including return shipping, and send a PayPal invoice/payment request. You pay through PayPal's hosted checkout.
After payment, we ship the serviced carburetor to your supplied return address. You pay return shipping; tracking is provided when available.
THE CARBBENCH BENCH SERVICE
We do not diagnose or repair the complete machine, remove or install carburetors on equipment, diagnose ignition, compression or intake problems, or perform vehicle-specific final tuning. Servicing the carburetor does not guarantee it will resolve the machine's underlying problem.

Reassemble & documentReassembly with serviceable components, recording/restoring appropriate baseline or as-received settings, and a record of completed work.
You supply replacement componentsWe identify issues and contact you when parts are needed. You may provide the correct rebuild kit or components for installation. CarbBench does not source or purchase parts.
PREPARE FOR THE TRIP
Do not ship a carburetor containing gasoline. Check your carrier's requirements for used fuel-system components before shipping; these packing tips do not replace those requirements.
BEFORE YOU SHIP
Yes. You or your technician must remove it before shipping and reinstall it afterward. CarbBench services the carburetor only.
No. Completely drain gasoline and allow residual fuel to evaporate safely before packing. CarbBench must not receive carburetors containing gasoline. Confirm your carrier's requirements for used fuel-system parts before shipping.
You arrange and pay for shipping to CarbBench. Use a tracked service and keep the tracking information.
You pay return shipping as part of the final total. We return the serviced carburetor to the address you provide during intake.
We contact you about worn, damaged or missing components before additional work. You supply the correct replacement components; CarbBench does not source or purchase parts.
Yes. Include an appropriate kit or replacement components, identify them on your intake sheet and package them securely. We install customer-supplied components where applicable.
After CarbBench determines the final service total, we send a PayPal invoice/payment request. Secure online payment takes place through PayPal's hosted checkout. Return shipment follows payment.
No. Carburetor service may not resolve the machine's underlying issue. We do not diagnose the complete machine, ignition, compression or intake problems, or perform vehicle-specific final tuning.
We contact you using your intake details and provide return tracking when available. Let us know about any address change before return shipment.
